Guests are requested to dress in formal attire. We'd love to see our guests shining in fun colors & prints, celebrating our summer wedding day. It is helpful to note too, that our ceremony will be outside on the lawn, the cocktail hour will be both inside and outside on the terrace, and the reception will be completely indoors.

We do! We have reserved rooms at the AC Hotel Downtown Chapel Hill within walking distances to Eric & Sara's favorite coffee shops, restaurants, & UNC's campus! The only thing that these accommodations are not within walking distance to is the wedding venue itself (~30 minutes away) ): With that said, bus transportation will be provided should you join us in staying in Chapel Hill, NC. Until this block is filled, the link on our travel + accommodations page will bring you to our discounted rate. You can always book by calling the hotel and mentioning the Hardwick/Grintz wedding as well. We have also recommended more hotels on our Travel + Accommodations page of this website should the room block be filled, or should another property better fit your needs. These hotels currently all have comparable rates to our reserved block pricing. If you wish to stay closer to the venue due to travel plans or preference, other hotel accommodations are recommended in the Raleigh/Cary, NC area. Transportation to and from the wedding venue will be available for guests who choose to stay further from the venue with us in Chapel Hill, NC. Currently, the slated pick up spot is the AC Hotel Downtown Chapel Hill - where a majority of our guests will be staying. But, if you are staying elsewhere in/around Chapel Hill (The Hampton Inn, Airbnb’s, Family/Friends) you are still welcome to ride with us! Make your way to the AC Hotel Downtown Chapel Hill for pickup at 4:15pm ET on Friday, August 8th to be shuttled to the venue. The bus back to Chapel Hill from the wedding will leave the Bradford at 10:45pm. Likely arriving back to the hotel around 11:15pm. Please note that transportation will be based on your RSVP. If you would like to be shuttled to and from the venue, please indicate this on your RSVP. Ubers will be limited back from The Bradford. But plenty of parking is available.
